A: Our ingredients are sourced from some of the world’s most distinctive growing regions — from Yunnan and Xinjiang in China to Japan, India and Sri Lanka. Each origin brings its own character, shaped by climate, altitude and tradition.

A: Yes, we ship across Australia via Australia Post.

A: Standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.

A: Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
